David Diehl Trophy IRM series 4
No racing on Saturday due to no wind and a slow start(!) on Sunday left us 3rd behind Fortis Excel and Exabyte 4 after the four races. Great last race in the boat finishing first by 40 seconds in 15 knots of breeze. Fantastic!

Final results for the four regatta series: 1st Exabyte, Fortis Excel and Henri Lloyd Cutting Edge on equal points but we finish 3rd after losing out on the tie breaker

Dartmouth Regatta (Farr 45 Nationals)
Despite unpredictable 40 degree wind shifts there was very close racing (we finished within a boat length of another boat in 6 of the 9 races). Unfortunately a poor first two days left us sixth and out of contention at the half way point and despite being the second boat over the final two days we could only recover to 5th overall

Cowes Week
It could have been the Med with sea breeze sailing in the week summer finally arrived. Guests on board included Sir Robin Knox-Johnston and Dee Caffari.
Great racing within the Farr 45s, and this time (after a mid week wobble!) it was to be our regatta. Results 1, 2, 4, 2, 3, 6, 1, 1

Round the Island Race
An early start but a great day's sailing and racing. Leading down the Solent but a laptop crash and no one to follow(!) meant a trip round the outside at the Needles and most of the Farr 45s moved ahead. Back to third by St. Catherine's Point, in front by Bembridge, and 10 minutes ahead at the finish.
1st Farr 45, 6th in Class 0 and 71st overall.

Going into the eighth and final race just two points seperated the top 4 boats. It was not to be our day and Henri Lloyd Cutting Edge finished 4th, level on points with 3rd placed Werewolf and just one point behind Exabyte 4 in 2nd. The event was won by Fortis Excel
